The
exhibit booth registration fee includes:
Two complimentary registrations for the two people who
work your booth
A listing on the Conference Website and in the Conference Program. |

You are welcome to send more than two
people to work your booth and/or attend the conference.
Each additional person needs to register as a regular
attendee and pay the standard rate.

Non-profit
Organizations |
To
qualify for a booth at the reduced rate of $475, your
organization must be a
501 (c)(3) or 501(c)(5) non-profit organization and have the approval
of the conference director.
To see if you qualify, please e-mail
Justin Spears. All non-profit booths come
with one complimentary registration.
(Space for five, qualifying non-profit booths will be available on the mezzanine
level. All others will be placed on a waiting list.
If there are any booths available after March 21, we will
release them to those on the waiting list.) |

Floor Booths are 8 ft deep x 10 ft wide
Mezzanine Booths are 4 ft deep x 10 ft wide
Booths come with a 3' x 6' table, two chairs, one 110 volt AC
outlet, back drape and side dividers. |

Cameron Hall has been made a Wi-Fi hot spot.
If you require internet access, you must provide
your own wireless computer.

Please
unload in designated areas. There is a parking lot
on the north side of Cameron Hall, next to the football
field. In addition, an area in front, on
Main Street, will be coned off.
Please move your vehicle immediately after unloading. |

Registered
exhibitors and sponsors may now select their own booth.
You will prompted to select your booth upon the completion
of your registration. If you have any questions

Giveaways

Booth Bingo

Company
names will be printed
on "Booth Bingo" cards.
To be eligible to win, attendees will visit the
booths listed on their cards and have them stamped.
The conference will award one major prize from the stage. Companies
wishing to award a prize are welcome to hold
their own drawing from their booth. |

If you need
to ship your booth equipment, you must ship it to Hollins
Exposition Services. They will deliver your
materials to your booth for set-up. You will be charged a
one-time fee based on weight; this fee includes round-trip
drayage service. It does not include shipping to the
Hollins Exhibits' warehouse, or return shipping to your storage facility. For
details on exhibit materials, please contact

Policy

Payment
is due upon receipt.
Pay
with a credit card on our secure Website or make checks payable to VMIRL
and mail them to Environment Virginia 2008, 506
Cocke Hall, VMI, Lexington, VA 24450. Cancellations
carry a 25% handling fee and no requests for refunds will be
honored after
February 29, 2008. |
